I was tasked with creating eight new conference banners for Zenergi's latest offering, Zen Zero. Zenergi’s three-stage Zen Zero framework, Measure, Prepare, and Deliver, is a trusted, market-leading approach that will deliver net zero-accelerating benefits across organisations.

It was crucial to ensure that these banners seamlessly integrated with Zenergi's existing ones, maintaining consistency across all elements like font sizes, logo dimensions, and layout. This adaptability allows Zenergi's representatives to mix and match banners based on the theme of each conference, maximising impact.

Leveraging Zenergi's existing brand colours ensured immediate recognition and association, a vital component in standing out amidst competitors at exhibitions. To maintain consistency and coherence with Zenergi's established brand guidelines, I incorporated white text and logos against the vibrant palette, guaranteeing maximum contrast and legibility even from a distance. This strategic choice not only reflects Zenergi's commitment to clarity and simplicity but also resonates with their down-to-earth, straightforward brand personality.

I worked with an existing library of stock imagery, logos and icons that were created by an agency that Zenergi had previously worked with called The Canopy. Working within the framework of The Canopy's predetermined design rules and guidelines, I integrated Zenergi's distinct brand colours alongside carefully selected stock imagery. These images, characterised by their leafy, nature-themed, and earthy aesthetics, perfectly complemented Zenergi's focus on sustainability and the journey toward net zero. By juxtaposing bold brand colours with these visually striking natural elements, we created impactful visuals that drew the eye and sparked interest.

The clean, minimal design approach, coupled with the inclusion of green leafy imagery, not only resonates with Zenergi's brand ethos and Zen Zero offering but also serves a practical purpose at bustling conferences. Amidst the sensory overload, simplicity stands out. By adhering to a straightforward layout and bold brand colours, we effectively captured attention and facilitated quick comprehension of Zenergi's offerings.

Ultimately, the goal was to maximise brand awareness and resonate with potential customers. Through strategic colour use, legible typography, and minimalist design principles, these banners serve as powerful tools for Zenergi to convey their value proposition and stand out amidst the conference buzz, ultimately driving engagement and conversions.
